Today’s handmade card has been created for the challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #537.

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option Add A Sparkle.

You must use alcohol markers on your work to join in the fun, any brand is excepted.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Snowflake Fairy Ballerina.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ By 7″ White Card Base
Heather Valentin – Colour Of Love Digital Stamp Called Snowflake Fairy Ballerina
Promarkers
The Crafty Witches Snowy Day Friends Digital Download Collection
White Card
Silver Glitter Glue
White Gel Pen
Small Silver Gems
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print the digital image Snowflake Fairy Ballerina onto white card.
Then print one plain paper, two patterned papers, one sentiment sheet and one fishtail banner sheet.

Layer one:
Cut a square from plain paper measuring 16.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the first patterned paper measuring 16.5 cms by 8 cms.
Matt and layer together, attaching the patterned paper to the left.
Then attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from plain paper measuring 6 cms by 16.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the second patterned paper measuring 5.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.

Layer three:
Colour in the Snowflake Fairy Ballerina digital image, I used promarker pens.

Skin / Face : Baby pink, pale blossom, ivory, champagne, saddle brown.
Hair : Caramel, saddle brown, oatmeal.
Dress : Powder blue, cadet blue, cobalt blue, cool aqua, cloud blue, pale blossom, baby pink, blue pearl, cornflower.
Wings : Cool grey 2, 3, 4, white gel pen.
Snowflake : Metallic silver, metallic blue.

Cut a piece from plain paper measuring 13.5 cms by 13 cms.
Cut the image to measure 13 cms by 12.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
Then add some silver glitter glue and silver gems for some sparkle.

Layer four:
Cut two fishtail banners out and attach to the card base on the left using foam pads.
Then cut a blue matt layer for the sentiment.
Once matted and layered together attach to the card base on the bottom left.

To finish add an insert to the inside of the card base.
