Today’s handmade card has been created for inspiration on the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Monthly Challenge Blog.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Wicked In Mist.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

A5 White Card Base
Ching-Chou Kuik‘s Digital Stamp Called Wicked In Mist
Chameleon pens
The Crafty Witches Hocus Pocus Digital Download Collection
White Card
Black Card
Inks
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print the digital image on to white card.
Then print one patterned paper, one plain paper, a topper sheet and one sentiment sheet.

Layer one:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 20.5 cms by 14.5 cms.
Cut a piece from plain paper measuring 20 cms by 14 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 11.5 cms by 14.5 cms.
Cut a piece from patterned paper measuring 11 cms by 14 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base, using foam pads.

Layer three:
Colour in the digital image Wicked In Mist, I used Chameleon pens and inks for the background.

Face / Skin: BL3, PK3, NU1
Hair: BR5
Clothes: PR4, YO3
Background: Versa-color inks – Polar blue, narcissus, black.

Cut a piece from black card measuring 16 cms by 11 cms.
Cut a piece from plain paper measuring 15.5 cms by 10.5 cms.
Cut the digital image to measure 15 cms by 10 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.

Layer four:
Cut a matt layer from black card for the sentiment.
Matt and layer with the sentiment and attach to the card base.

Layer five:
Using two for toppers, cut out the flower images.
Attach one to the top of the digital image and one to the sentiment.

To finish add an insert to the inside of the card base.
